ARE YOU WASTING YOUR MONEY ON VITAMINS?
I don't know many people that are getting a truly balanced, unprocessed diet. This means in order to stay productive and youthful our nutrients have to come from somewhere. That also goes without saying I worry when I see people taking $100's in vitamins a month because they read about the latest plant, herb or superfruit (which may or may not actually be in the supplement they are buying and killing their liver in the process).
Our bodies are a major chemistry set and you can really throw it off balance if you don't know what you are doing. Magnesium and Calcium- the perfect example of elements that must be balanced or you could induce a heart attack or end up with brittle bones and teeth!

I'll see friends taking a bunch of vitamins and yet never see any benefit from their investment because they're taking vitamins that are canceling each other out or they are vegetarians that don't get any meat. (p.s. Glycine generally found in meat makes up 30% of our collagen production). They could also be low in enzymes or need more probiotics in their colon, but I'm not a doctor and they should consult a specialist about these things (not necessarily a GP).
I like the video above because it explains meat is essential (ORGANIC in very small quantities if you were not born a vegetarian). I also like the lab he mentions, SpectraCell, known for their Telomere test, a test that basically will tell you how long you will live based on your current lifestyle.
In the end beauty comes from the inside out. Creams can only do so much if anything. If you're looking to stay young your cells need nutrients and oxygen and red blood cells that carry them everywhere in the body can't do the job without B-12.
