by mary schook Once upon a time I was supposed to come out with an amazing anti-aging product that had to do a lot with body's own collagen production. Due to legal issues with the manufacturer (who mistakenly thought they were the retailer) it never came to market....yet. I am the last person to ever be lecturing about sleep. I have basically destroyed my thyroid from working all hours of the day and night trying to make sure you get the best possible treatments and technology in the world. The good news is I have all the tools to reverse the damage when I have the chance. WHY AM I BRINGING UP SLEEP? I bring up sleep because I was working on a client last week with the 'Platinum Lift' when all of the sudden she really responded to the 'sleep frequency'. The skin just really tightened up with the sleep frequency more than any other signature electrical waveform. This usually means that the client is not getting enough sleep and the cells are not able to repair on their own. I asked her if she slept and she said she gets 7-8 hours a sleep a night. WINTER SKIN CHECKLIST

It's that time of year when the emails are buzzing with customers frantic that their faces are 'AGING'!! I usually end up sticking a super power serum I've made on them and voila the lines have magically disappeared. I assure them that usually if their forehead has more lines than the rest of their face, it is likely a sign of dehydration. The Tuesday Tips blog is already chock full of everything you need to know about combating dry skin (home masks, etc), so I've only included a checklist below.
