The Fall Season is here!  Pumpkins, spice smells, and colorful leaves, is what reminds me of the fall season. However, if we stop and think for a second, the weather is also going through a change from hot and sunny to windy with cooler temperatures.  What does all this add up to? FRIZZ! ULTIMATE BEAUTY MASK

Image
by mary schook Out of all of the masks out there I have to say one of the most effective is a home made honey and oatmeal mask that costs pennies to make. The honey is a natural antibacterial and humectant, which means it draws water to your skin. It is also a natural healer. The oatmeal contains beta glucans, which increases the strength and immunity of the cell. The mask is excellent for acne, sun damage, wrinkles, pigmentation and more no matter what your age or skin type. Make it easy on yourself by whipping up some oatmeal for breakfast (instant or steel cut oats are fine). Three tablespoons of oatmeal to 1 teaspoon of honey should be sufficient. What I like to do is make my oatmeal and eat it. Run around do some house errands. Then hop in the shower and rinse. EASY! Thanks again for watching! xo mary
